At W & D Candles, each candle is hand-poured with love and care. We take great pride in our products and want you to love them as much as we do! Please take a moment to read our policy below:
All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@w.d.candles.net
To be eligible for a replacement, please provide:
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
We will happily replace any item that arrives damaged or faulty due to transit or production issues.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of scent or accidental orders, as each candle is made to order in small batches.
