Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for all standard orders, sent via registered post to ensure your parcel arrives safely and can be tracked.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 (Australia-wide).
Larger Orders: For bulk or larger orders, additional postage charges may apply. We will contact you directly if this is the case to confirm any extra costs before dispatch.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but generally take between 3–10 business days within Australia.
Please note: delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, sales, or due to postal delays beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship Australia-wide only. If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss international shipping options.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

While we take great care in packaging your items, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
