We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product details, including colours or dimensions, will always be completely accurate, due to variations in screen displays and the handmade nature of our products.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100. Standard shipping for basic orders is $15 via registered post. Additional charges may apply for larger or bulky orders.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders placed through our website are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal service disruptions).
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to arrange a replacement or refund.
